Our AC unit went out, and I contacted Arnufo after hours. He arrived at the house within 20 minutes, diagnosed a Capacitor that had blown. They installed a new complete Trane 5 ton unit! Pricing was better than some Carrier, York and even Goodman quotes I got. Lennox prices were good too. He had the unit in two days from the warehouse in Tyler. Ordered Wednesday and installed Friday. Lennox was in stock. I opted for the Trane. They seemed to know what they were doing and did not cut any corners. Replaced everything new! I read where Trane only allows authorized installers to be submitted for warranty and it went through without any issues! Very Pleased!
