I had a very positive experience with this company. On an extremely hot day, the HVAC system in my home suddenly broke down. Less than an hour after a phone request, the technician from this company arrived and, with great effort, got the system working again. He was very polite and professional, provided complete explanations, charged a reasonable fee, and even followed up after the repair.

I recently purchased a house and discovered the AC was not working. I called Majano's, and he came right over to check it out. He showed me that the heat pump was malfunctioning in my current outside unit. He gave me a great deal on replacing it with a nice Trane unit. He got the unit and installed it the next day. He was also kind enough to come by a few days later to clean out my interior unit to ensure everything was clean inside to prevent energy loss or further issues in the near future. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you're having issues with AC or heating, don't ever hesitate to call him. Majano's has another customer for life.

Woke up to a freezing house. Furnace stopped working. Called Majano's and he made sure to come out the same day and get it done. Very hard working, smart guy. Know's his stuff. What a fantastic company! They have a customer for life. We called on Saturday at 5 p.m. when our AC went out...on the hottest day ever with a 4 month old in the house and he was here by 5:45. Repaired in an hour. Reasonably priced. Great customer service too. I would give him ten stars if I could.

What can I say, AWESOME from Beginning to End. After noticing that the house was not cooling I called a few places to have someone come out, Majano's answered and advised he would be out in about 15 to 20 minutes he did just that. Upon arrival he reviewed the unit outside & proceeded to the attic, he was brutally honest he advised I could charge the unit, but it is no guarantee it will stay in the unit and you would be calling me again next week and I can t guarantee it will last, the type system you have uses a very expensive coolant. So he said we can do 2 things I can charge the unit or we can replace he gave us the Best possible price & the SERVICE LEVEL was UNBELIEVABLE. He advised the unit would be Completely installed by Friday and it was, he advised if we had any issues to call him and he would be right out. But to top it off he advised SERVICE does not END once the UNIT is installed he would be back in the fall to make sure the unit switches properly, THANK YOU MAJANO'S FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

After dealing wit Air Repair for a while I decided not to call them again. I called Mr Majono to come out and fix my unit. And I am glad I did. The last time Air repair came out it cost 600 and they left after not fully charging the system. And were here for 1.5 hours. Mr Mojano on the other hand went through the system troubleshooting everything. He showed me everything that was wrong and the Shotty installation done by Air Repair. As well as showing how Air a Repair had damaged the air handler during the install. He was constantly trying to show me how to save money in getting it fixed. He is an Honest man and I would recommend him for any future AC work you may need.

Majanos air came out 2 different times and worked extremely hard to repair my shops AC unit...He worked one time on a Sunday to make sure I had AC in a Extremely hot shop in the middle of the summer....He worked tirelessly without complaint and did a awesome job getting my shop running again... He could have charged me three times more but didn't...I totally recommend him...He will actually take time and show you what is wrong with the system and be fair with the customer.... Whenever I need something done in the future with my house or shop, I will call him...I trust this man totally....He is a great human being and outstanding AC/Heat repairman...

I have worked with Mr Majano for over 5 years. He completely replaced a system in a rental unit I owned plus replaced my home unit 2 years ago. He has serviced several of my investment properties and he is the only HVAC person I trust. He always arrives on time, his pricing is very fair and he is impeccably honest. Additionally, if you have serious problem, he will make every effort to arrive today and take care of the matter. I strongly recommend you consider using Majano’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

We have used Majano for several years. He replaced our AC unit and once repaired our thermostat, amongst other things. He is so professional and competent and whenever we've called him for something he has shown up on time and got the job done. Today we woke up to snow and our heater wasn't working! Majano was here within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. His prices are affordable and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend you call him for all your HVAC needs.

They installed a new complete Trane 5 ton unit! Pricing was better than some Carrier, York and even Goodman quotes I got. Lennox prices were good too. He had the unit in two days from the warehouse in Tyler. Ordered Wednesday and installed Friday. Lennox was in stock. I opted for the Trane.They seemed to know what they were doing and did not cut any corners. Replaced everything new!I read where Trane only allows authorized installers to be submitted for warranty and it went through without any issues!Very Pleased!

I can't recommend these guys enough, called them at 7:00am with a broken AC, he was onsite within an hour and 30 mins later our AC was fixed and working great! He's professional and honest and didn't try to sell anything that we didn't need and his price was lower than anyone else, from horrible experiences in the past with other AC Companies around here it's great to see that there's still honest people in this profession and I won't use anyone else from now on.

I am so incredibly pleased with Majanos AC & Heating. Majanos is a family owned business. Has the same type of vans and equipment other companys do. He has all the supplies he needs in his truck. His truck is a magic hat! He has manual devices and electronic/wireless devices to test my AC unit and the temperature of the air coming out of my upstairs and downstairs vents.I left an online request to schedule for an estimate last night and at 7 am this morning, Mr. Majano texted asking for my address to stop by. He was here within 30 minutes with tools in hand ready. He went straight into investigation mode and zoomed all around the house, outside, to and from his truck. Truly professional and knowledgeable and amazing. He is local to Little Elm.The service visit price of $80 is worth every penny and more. He did SOOOOO much to investigate and diagnose the problem. He never mentioned ripping everything out and installing a new furnace and ac unit outside unlike other companys will do. He took his time to teach me even though half of it flew over my head. He wanted me to see how much the freon weighed before and after replacement, he taught me about the meter levels as freon went in, he invited me to see the condensation pipe draining correctly, he taught me and cleaned my ac grill outside and it was coated in dust and debris. My poor unit is anew and can now breathe!My ac was blowing warm/not as cold air upstairs. Downstairs was okay. His meters showed my freon level was low. While in my attic, he noticed the furnace would turn off but thermometers were still on. He discovered that my condensation drain pipe was clogged and filling up with water. So the emergency stopper stopped the furnace from continuing to run. He added pressure to my pipe and unclogged it. Gunk came out from my master sink drain. He then re-piped everything correctly. Replaced freon. Checked my condenser, cleaned my unit, checked for leaking at the valves.... etc. Discussed plan of care, options, timing, kept and left my home clean. Not one ounce of technician salesman/scam vibe. Honest work and person.I will never use anyone else besides Majanos. I trust them.Thank you very much. My kids can sleep comfortably upstairs now.

Had a upstairs a/c unit working intermittently. Majanos was prompt and kept in touch with me on parts needed. When the parts arrived they were here the next morning and completed the repair. Great service !

Majano arrived as stated and had the parts, performed diagnostic tests, and replaced parts in less than one hour. He is also local to The Town of Little Elm and surrounding area. Conveniently paid by credit card with modest servicing fee and the price was still very competitive. Majano also provided updates on my TRANE HVAC unit which, up until now. has never been serviced for about 20 years since the purchase of my new home in 2002. I would very much use Majano for any future HVAC jobs.

Mr. Majano was highly recommended to me by my neighbor and let me start by saying he did not disappoint me. I reached out to him after hours and he answered my call and said that he would show up on July 4th (Holiday) between 7am-8am. He showed up on time and had my AC unit repaired in no time. The thing I liked most about Majano was he wasn’t just trying to fix my unit and leave. Majano actually showed me the issue, gave me tips on how to keep AC unit clean, tips on how to work it in the winter, etc. After completing the job he followed up with me in the same day several times to ensure that his job was completed properly. Lifelong client he has earned.

Highly recommend Majano's AC and Heating! Our AC was not cooling due to leaks, he came out to provide quotes on new units, and was back the next day early morning to replace our units.
