Arnulfo replaced my HVAC system in my home. Have used him for HVAC maintenance as well in the past. I am very happy with the installation and service provided. I can’t say enough good things about this company! They showed up on a Saturday afternoon, right on time, and worked through a thunderstorm to get our AC up and running again. Even though we’ll need a full replacement soon, they made sure the system was usable and comfortable in the meantime, giving us time to prepare financially.

They installed a new complete Trane 5 ton unit! Pricing was better than some Carrier, York and even Goodman quotes I got. Lennox prices were good too. He had the unit in two days from the warehouse in Tyler. Ordered Wednesday and installed Friday. Lennox was in stock. I opted for the Trane.
They seemed to know what they were doing and did not cut any corners. Replaced everything new!
I read where Trane only allows authorized installers to be submitted for warranty and it went through without any issues!

I can't recommend these guys enough, called them at 7:00am with a broken AC, he was onsite within an hour and 30 mins later our AC was fixed and working great! He's professional and honest and didn't try to sell anything that we didn't need and his price was lower than anyone else, from horrible experiences in the past with other AC Companies around here it's great to see that there's still honest people in this profession and I won't use anyone else from now on.

I am so incredibly pleased with Majanos AC & Heating. Majanos is a family owned business. Has the same type of vans and equipment other companys do. He has all the supplies he needs in his truck. His truck is a magic hat! He has manual devices and electronic/wireless devices to test my AC unit and the temperature of the air coming out of my upstairs and downstairs vents.

I left an online request to schedule for an estimate last night and at 7 am this morning, Mr. Majano texted asking for my address to stop by. He was here within 30 minutes with tools in hand ready. He went straight into investigation mode and zoomed all around the house, outside, to and from his truck. Truly professional and knowledgeable and amazing. He is local to Little Elm.

The service visit price of $80 is worth every penny and more. He did SOOOOO much to investigate and diagnose the problem. He never mentioned ripping everything out and installing a new furnace and ac unit outside unlike other companys will do. He took his time to teach me even though half of it flew over my head. He wanted me to see how much the freon weighed before and after replacement, he taught me about the meter levels as freon went in, he invited me to see the condensation pipe draining correctly, he taught me and cleaned my ac grill outside and it was coated in dust and debris. My poor unit is anew and can now breathe!

My ac was blowing warm/not as cold air upstairs. Downstairs was okay. His meters showed my freon level was low. While in my attic, he noticed the furnace would turn off but thermometers were still on. He discovered that my condensation drain pipe was clogged and filling up with water. So the emergency stopper stopped the furnace from continuing to run. He added pressure to my pipe and unclogged it. Gunk came out from my master sink drain. He then re-piped everything correctly. Replaced freon. Checked my condenser, cleaned my unit, checked for leaking at the valves.... etc. Discussed plan of care, options, timing, kept and left my home clean. Not one ounce of technician salesman/scam vibe. Honest work and person.

I will never use anyone else besides Majanos. I trust them.

I had an air leak in my attic. Majano was efficient and very communicative with the issue and letting me know about the age of my unit and other things. We will definitely be using him again soon! On top of his great service, he cleaned my unit and even installed new air filter too!

Majano arrived as stated and had the parts, performed diagnostic tests, and replaced parts in less than one hour. He is also local to The Town of Little Elm and surrounding area. Conveniently paid by credit card with modest servicing fee and the price was still very competitive. Majano also provided updates on my TRANE HVAC unit which, up until now. has never been serviced for about 20 years since the purchase of my new home in 2002. I would very much use Majano for any future HVAC jobs.

What a fantastic company! They have a customer for life. We called on Saturday at 5 p.m. when our AC went out...on the hottest day ever with a 4 month old in the house and he was here by 5:45. Mr. Majano was highly recommended to me by my neighbor and let me start by saying he did not disappoint me. I reached out to him after hours and he answered my call and said that he would show up on July 4th (Holiday) between 7am-8am. He showed up on time and had my AC unit repaired in no time. The thing I liked most about Majano was he wasn’t just trying to fix my unit and leave. Majano actually showed me the issue, gave me tips on how to keep AC unit clean, tips on how to work it in the winter, etc. After completing the job he followed up with me in the same day several times to ensure that his job was completed properly. Majanos air came out 2 different times and worked extremely hard to repair my shops AC unit...He worked one time on a Sunday to make sure I had AC in a Extremely hot shop in the middle of the summer....He worked tirelessly without complaint and did a awesome job getting my shop running again... He could have charged me three times more but didn't...I totally recommend him...He will actually take time and show you what is wrong with the system and be fair with the customer....
